Refund policy
Conceptmodders does not accept refunds, returns or cancellations on any order. Please read this page in full before you buy — placing an order confirms you accept it.
Modded work can't be undone
Once our tools write levels, credits or unlocks to an account, the change is permanent on our side. There is nothing to return, revoke or resell.
Orders start immediately
As soon as an order is picked up, our tools and modder time are committed to your account, so the work is consumed from the moment it begins.
You accept the risk of modding
Modded accounts may be actioned by the game publisher. That outcome is outside our control and is not grounds for a refund or chargeback.
1. No refunds
All payments made to Conceptmodders are final and non-refundable. This applies to boosting orders and add-on extras, whether the order has started, is in progress or is complete.
2. Nature of modded boosts
We boost Horizon accounts using our own modding tools rather than manual grinding. The moment we begin, our tools, time and access are committed to your account and the result cannot be reversed, recovered or transferred to another customer. For that reason a modded order can never be refunded.
3. Account access
Boosts require us to sign in to your account. Once that access has been used and the mod has been applied, the service is delivered in full and cannot be withdrawn or cancelled.
4. Publisher action and account risk
Modding carries inherent risk. Any suspension, reset, rollback or other action taken by the game publisher against your account is outside our control and does not entitle you to a refund, replacement order or credit.
5. Cancellations and chargebacks
Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us will result in permanent loss of access to Conceptmodders services and any remaining order being stopped.
6. What we will do
If an order is not delivered as described, contact support and we will re-run or complete the work at no extra cost. Fixing the order is the only remedy we offer.
